Rochele Hirsch
Consultant & Author

For Rochele, the constant themes in her life have been:

  • Discovering the patterns in "what is going on" with individuals and with organizations
  • Developing systems to improve effectiveness

With a background* in physics, industrial and systems engineering, telecommunications, information systems, marketing and sales, and organization effectiveness, Rochele began in 1981 to investigate the patterns of personal effectiveness that make or break success.

What she has discovered and tested in her own living laboratory may well change the way people understand and use the power of intention.

Rochele has 30+ years of experience in the business world, including 15 years as a manager for a major telecommunications corporation, and over 15 years as a business owner and consultant, both in the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

She is CEO and founder of CommExpress Int'l, Inc., a diversified communications and consulting company that provides strategic marketing services to clients in the construction industry, video conferencing equipment and services, and life consulting services to private clients.

Her interest in anger began during her corporate career. As a consultant, Rochele regularly came across situations that were loaded with frustration. Much of the distress was blamed on the political “games” which are endemic to bureaucratic organizations (which she defines as “any organization whose survival does not SEEM to depend on the acts of its managers”). She searched for solutions to the question “with so many ways to create effective organizations, why don’t people use them?”

She found the answers. And the answers lie in the understanding that each individual is trying to do the best they can … yet each person is running subconscious “survival patterns” that were hardwired in place before they were even 13 years old. Especially when someone is under stress, these “survival patterns” are likely to be running the show – and may lead to self-sabotaging behaviors.

To illustrate this integrative system, Rochele developed an easy to understand, visual tool called “The Model of How Come.”  It explains “how come” these patterns of emotional experience are repeating in your life, how to untangle the emotions from the events, and how to defuse the “auto-pilot” survival patterns.

The series of books, seminars and consulting on Emotions in the Workplace are designed to help individuals identify where they are being successful in running their patterns and how to use the power of intent, combined with emotional healing, to transform their lives and the health of their organizations.

  Rochele’s explanation
of what was happening in my life made perfect sense. It’s like I could finally see the “perfection” in my problems – and then know what to do
about it.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Now that I’ve started to see what I’ve been doing over and over again in my life, I can’t believe how I used to blame the other people.

I feel like I’m finally free.
